NL # 33- You are Enough. Give People the Benefit of the Doubt. Benefits of Getting Rid of Grudges.

Thought #1 – You are Enough.

How are you feeling today? What are your thoughts about yourself at this minute as you are reading these words? Do you feel as if you are not enough?

Just wanted to do a check in with you today because the unending trying and failing to obtain the unattainable is counterproductive and contributes to the feelings of not being enough. It can even make you think that everyone else is better, smarter, stronger, and prettier than you.

But that’s a LIE because in God’s eyes you are precious, you are strong, you are worthy, and you are valuable. Nothing anyone says will change the way God feels about you, and His opinion is the only one that should matter.  He made you unique; there is no one else in this world like you and the world would not be the same without you in it.

So, today as you go about your daily routines, walk with your head held high, believe in confidence that you are loved with an everlasting, undying, unconditional love, and that you ARE enough.

Thought #2 – Give People the Benefit of the Doubt.

You will give people the benefit of the doubt and presume they mean well until proven otherwise when you understand that each of us reacts differently under difficult circumstances

After all, don’t you want people to do the same for you?

Thought #3 – Benefits of Getting Rid of Grudges.

Holding grudges leads to discontent, insecurity, and the loss of your power and freedom.  Free yourself from guilt and embrace the power of forgiveness by making things right with that person against whom you are holding a grudge.

Quote for the Week

Treat yourself as if you already are enough. Walk as if you are enough. Eat as if you are enough. See, look, listen as if you are enough. Because it’s true.
