Thought #1 – Procrastination.

Procrastination is constantly ruminating on things you know needs to get done, but never taking action to accomplish anything.

Thought #2 – Perfectionism.

Don’t waste time trying to be perfect; Perfectionism isn’t attainable.

Instead spend time building on your strengths and learning from your mistakes.

Thought #3 – Power.

Your greatest power lies in the ability to exhibit self-control in the midst of maltreatment.
