Thought #1 – Fixed Mindset versus Growth Mindset.

Fixed Mindset = Blaming others for your lack of success.

Growth Mindset = The only person responsible for my success or lack of success is me.

Fixed Mindset = I was born this way, so I can’t help it.

Growth Mindset = No matter what “cards” I have been dealt; I will make the best of it.

Fixed Mindset = Negative self-talk.

Growth Mindset = Positive self-talk.

Thought #2 – Achieving Significance

Significance isn’t achieved when you are constantly focused on yourself.

Significance is achieved when you focus on adding value to others.

Thought #3 – How to Predict Your Future.

Can you predict your future? Of course you can.

How?

Reflect on the history of your future, make your plans, act on those plans, and watch as the future you predicted comes to life!
